"The route sails through the elegantly scenic villages of Farningham and Lullingstone, with last two miles run downhill."

In 2012 Runnersworld reviewers gave our race an overall rating of 88% and 99% said they would run our race again.

"Gorgeous scenery, well organised, stonking hill at 7k!"

"Lots of positives about this race. A fantastic, scenic course, but that hill at the 7k mark is surprisingly hard! I wasn't prepared for it as I thought I was on the "downhill section" ... but next year I'll know it's coming!"

Thank you for your comments regarding car parking and the difficulties leaving the field. Unfortunately, due to the heavy overnight rain this made the ground very soft - having used this field for parking for over 20 years with few problems we didn’t anticipate too many issues but will review the situation for future races.

For those that got stuck, thank you for your understanding and patience and a big thank you to our club members and athletes and supporters from other clubs that helped those stranded to get home.
